A celebration was held at the @chicagohiphopheritagemuseum for all of the artists that will bless the stage. The reason this is important is because throughout the blog era curated events like this did not take place. This is apart of the new wave taking place in Chicago that is challenging the narrative that there isn’t unity in our city. This was our first time at the museum ourselves, so we were just in awe of the many amazing gems that are in that space. Everyone could feel the power of unity and love for wanting everyone to win..

From @cantbuydeem to @philmoregreene to Tyree Hakim to Dialect Tre to Asha Omega the evening was filled with real community building and testimonials about how the artists have been pushing forward with their dreams and goals..

It was a beautiful moment..
