Jone creates awesome sonics w/ release “Her Kisses”

Jone is definitely a vocalist who’s having fun with not only her creative process, but with how far she can push her artistry. She’s taking risks, experimenting with her sound, and right now, those risks are paying off. Her new record, “Her Kisses,” is a great example of that growth. The record has great mixing and mastering, allowing Jone’s vocals to really sit comfortably within the production. The lyricism is witty and vulnerable without losing it’s sincerity. “Her Kisses” explores love through those smaller, nuanced details, the little things about another person that make attraction turn into genuine connection. It feels less interested in overcomplicating love and more interested in appreciating all the reasons somebody can simply make you feel good..

Overall, it’s a strong record with plenty of replay value, and another example of Jone continuing to build momentum with her music. The one thing we want to see now is more documentation around that momentum. More photography. More behind the scenes moments. More footage of Jone creating, recording, developing ideas, and simply allowing people into her world as an artist. The music is beginning to speak louder, and we think documenting the process behind it could help audiences become even more invested in the person creating it. Jone is building something, and we want to see more of the story while it’s actually happening..
